As some of you already know & most of you don't , Derrick & I have some news to share...we are expecting our first baby! We are thrilled about it & cannot wait for him or her to come. I am just a little over 13 weeks pregnant. We found out the end of April, but wanted to make sure everything was okay before we shared the news with everyone. Since we have now reached the 2nd trimester, or are very close to it, depending on who you talk to, we felt it was okay to share the news. The due date is January 6th, but we are expecting that he or she will make an early arrival! Obviously we are hoping that the baby does not come too early, but we would enjoy having a December baby.
Derrick & I are very happy & cannot wait to share more about our new little one as we find it out! I pray that you are all having a great weekend & that we will hear more news from all of you soon!
